House Rules

No rentals under the age of 25. Age verification will be requested at the time of your reservation.

NO - Smoking or vaping inside or outside of home. Home. If smoking is detected during your stay inside or outside of the home once you have left, you will be charged a $500.00 Cleaning fee.

The space
All furnishings, LG appliances, bedding, etc. are all brand new in January 2025.

Master suite comes with king bed , 50 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. (Glass shower door installed after pictures were taken).

2nd bedroom comes with queen bed and 43" flat screen TV.

3 bedroom comes with two twin beds and walk-in closet. Both Queen and twin room share the
2nd bathroom that has its own shower with bath and a very spacious vanity.

Coming soon; screened in, inground, heated swimming pool.

Your rental comes fully equipped and rental ready with bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, common kitchen appliances and more.
As a courtesy, a few ** trial size** items such as bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, 2- laundry pods and 2 - dish detergent pods will be left in the unit for use along with a limited amount of paper goods (1- roll of toilet paper for each bathrooms and 1- roll of paper towels for the kitchen).
***It is strongly recommended you purchase additional supplies at one of our local merchants for the remainder of your stay.***

We have provided Two Beach Chairs, One Beach Umbrella and Four Beach Towels for you. These items can be found inside the Laundry room.
